****** Very unprofessional and dismissive of issues they have created. Took them months to complete my taxes after numerous errors on their end which they were dismissive about. It is now 4 months after my taxes were allegedly filed and I still have no refund (which I am owed for this year). No help or updates when requested. Would have been faster and simpler to do them myself. Horrible customer service and outcome.

Unfortunately there was some information sent back to the client in error, which we had apologized for and resent the correct information. We however did send in his taxes, as he had become a nonresident of Canada they had to be mailed in. They were mailed on July 12, 2022, the client signed the taxes July 2, 2022. CRA received and processed his 2021 taxes Sept 26, 2022. Which does show his refund with interest. The refund was then dispersed to amounts owing for MSP and Canada Student Loan program.
