    I ordered a replacement ******* Washing Machine, To which i was told i needed to put a deposit down on, i put a down payment of $500, within one week the washer had arrived, it was delivered and paid for in full the following day. 11 months later the washer broke down, I contacted the business their solution was to call the Manufacturer of ******* washers to obtain warrenty replacement. Two months later ******* came to a decision to replace the machine. I was to bring in the faulty machine, and pick up the new one at the business mentioned above. Kondolas employess/ OWNER continued to change the date for which i could pick up my new machine, The Owner himself and I were on a phonecall one specific afternoon , where he verbally insulted me and called me a ' Nusance, and i had to do things on his time!'. I finally arranged for my son-in-law to pick up my new machine, I called to verify that everything was good to go , When my SOL arrived he had to wait 45 Minutes for them to take the info off the machine(serial, ECT.) I was outraged when i seen the condition of the so called new machine. I called and asked for my old machine as it was in way better condition than this "NEW' one. I was denied . I was also denied any warranty on my replacement machine.

    I personally dealt with mrs ******* on this issue, i can tell you ******* took a little bit of time to decide to replace the machine that was broken under warranty , but once they did i had to await paperwork for the replacement as i cannot just arbitrarily send out a new machine to a customer or I will not get a reimbursement from the manufacturer, the machine we loaded onto mrs ******* son in laws pickup was brand new in packaging from the manufacturer had not been unpacked or anything as you can tell by the heat sealed plastic packaging around the styrofoam crating , we informed the driver once it is on your pickup it is your responsibility to get it home safely, they agreed, several hours later mrs ******* contacted me claiming her washer came damaged , sent me pics of the machine and the damage to the white machine had red streaks on it  the same color as their pickup truck somthing happend between when i loaded the customer up with their machine , and when it arraived at mrs ******* home that was far beyond my control  and had alot to do with the 80 mile drive to her home on rough roads  i will note that we offerd to deliver the new machine to her for 100 dollars ?(as ******* will not cover delivary as well) and she declined i suspect that if we had deliverd the new machine it would have been undamaged in the delivary process , as when the machine left our store it had not been damaged and was in factory packaging
