    I purchased a new countertop from this company and it was installed on July 28, 2017.
    As stated in their email thread during the purchase process, "We offer a life***e structural warranty. This means that if you ever have a structural crack or a delimitation issue, we will repair the problem or replace your countertop - whatever is needed."
    I contacted the owner *** on July 24, 2018, just under a year from the installation date, to advise him that the countertops were losing their seal or lustre. He responded that they were no longer in business and were in the process of selling their patents/business. He refused to honour the warranty.
    On April 25, 2024, I researched the business with the Province of Manitoba Companies Office, which revealed the business was "Active (New Amalgamated) as of June 15, 2023.
    The website is live (fusioncountertops.com) and provides exactly the same contact email address ([email protected]) as the original email that I had used to communicate with the business in 2017.
    On April 25, 2024, I placed a call to the Director of Fusion Countertops (to the number listed on the file summary from the Companies Office) and left a message for him to call me.
    On April 30, 2024, I sent an email to the address which is listed on the website.
    I have not had a reply to either my phone call or my email.
    My countertop is in terrible shape and I have been very distressed about purchasing the countertop and doing business with this company.
    I would be most appreciative if you can pursue this issue for me. I can provide copies of the email correspondence, including the warranty claim, as well as my receipts for the purchase.
