    Air Ticket Pro first and last experience. They charged my parents (seniors) double the amount for one flight totalling $**** taken from their credit card. After two weeks of multiple calls with four different agents, their phone numbers not working when I called, them telling me to hold while hanging up after I would wait for 20 minutes at a time and the story changing each time I called of why our refund was not issued, I understood something was very wrong here. The first excuse was we need ten days to listen to the recorded phone call. The next excuse was the agent is away, twice. The next excuse was they didn't have the credit card statement screenshot of charges. The next excuse was the manager is away. The next excuse was the manager takes 24 hours to return a call. The next excuse was a refund will take two billing cycles. The next excuse was the billing person is away, on and on. I came to the conclusion after two weeks of calling them and never having even one phone call returned, this is not a normal business. Finally, we asked my parents credit card company to intervene and they were thankfully able to get my parents money back. ***** ********* ****** * **** ****** *** ********** ******* **** ******* ****** ********* ******** **** ******* ****** *** ********* ** **** ******** ** *********** * ***** ********* ** **** ******** ** ********* *********** ** ** ********* ****** ** ****.
