    We had the Soaring Heights techs over yesterday to switch our Xplore internet service from a satellite to a tower. They are a Winnipeg based company that sub-contracts out to rural techs to provide internet service for Xplore Inc. *** **** ***** ** **** ********* ** ** ********. The internet quit five minutes after their techs left and they somehow disconnected our **** ***** **, which was working perfectly until they finished their installation. Not only did they not take ownership of their *** ****** installation, they also are not sending anyone to fix the problem. **** told us there was no signal to the dish and that it would take eight days before they could send a different, hopefully more ********* tech to fix Soaring Heights mistakes. ***** ******* When I contacted the owner of Soaring Heights and she refused to fix their mistakes * **** *** * ***** ******* *** ****** *** ******* *** **** *** ******* **** **** ** ******** ******* ** ***** **** ****** **** *** ******* ** *** ***** ****** *** ***** *********** ** ** ***** *********
