They called me back when other companies didn’t. Rene came when scheduled and he listened to me. As a woman homeowner I really appreciate being heard. He had a solution no one else suggested and was able to fix it at that time. He said to call if it didn’t work and he would find other solutions. I have been trying to get help with this for 5 years and this is the first company who actually inspected the roof and came up with an intelligent solution. He explained it to me and no additional materials were required. It was how the shingles had been cut.

We have used Integrity 3 times and have always had the best service. Once was for a quick roof repair, once was for a full roof at our cottage and once for a full roof on our home. We have referred their company to many of our friends and everyone has been impressed
One referral was to friend with tall 2 storey house in close quarters to other buildings. A few companies were not interested but Integrity took on the job and delivered as promised.

Dealing with Integrity Roofing was a great experience. Estimator got back to me within a day, roof inspection done within 3 business days. Very detailed estimate for shingles and eavestroughs received promptly.
Tyler and his two crews (one for shingles and one for tin) had great work ethic, were respectful, and did a thorough clean-up. All the work was reinspected by Integrity Roofing to ensure quality standards were met.

I was very impressed with the roofing job on my house from start to finish (quotation, scheduling, workmanship and followup). Based on the initial work I had Integrity Roofing come back and complete my garage.
