    2023 Business was contacted to help resolve a drainage issue on my property. Proposal was drafted and accepted. Payment was prompt. Work completed.

    2024. Drainage Issue remains. I contacted business to discuss issues to resolve. Business replied that since back lane is higher than my property, the water has nowhere to go and will pool. Instead, my property grade would need to be raised.     Being told directly from business that there is nothing they can do, I would like a refund of entire cost of project; not just grade work and surveying if property, but including sod work.

    The signed client contract states re-grading back yard, from house to
    the back lane, using existing materials. We completed this project end of
    summer 2023. All backyard grading was completed with a swale from inside the
    fence to the back parking area so water can drain out of the back yard to
    beside the lane and drain along the lane to the street which was draining properly upon completion of the job. Due to the amount of
    snow in our last storm, the snow piled on the swale which then partly melted
    and became ice with combination of the back lane ice build up. Once melting
    began, the water had no where to go. We have spoken to the consumer and will
     re evaluate with a site meeting in the spring of 2024 once all the snow
    has melted to review the consumers concerns and possible other options with the consumer.
