      On March 8 2023 I ordered a ********* *** *** ***** ****** Table Saw ** ******* *** ******* from McMunn and Yates online with the option to pick-up in store at the Russell mb location on March 24, 2023. This item was regularly priced around *** dollars on sale for *** dollars. In the following days McMunn contacted me saying that this was a human pricing error and because of a disclosure on their website they are not obligated to fulfill the order. I disagree with this statement as my credit card was charged and I have an invoice. The store manager in Russell contacted me then an individual in Brandon did. The individual in Brandon was quite rude with me and told me I have no right to getting my order fulfilled at the specified price. He forcefully cancelled my order without my consent. ******** ** * ******* ** *** ******* *** **** **** ** ** ***** ************ ******* **** ***** ********* ************

      Hello,

      I am writing in response to the stated complaint. I was the individual that spoke directly with the customer after the manager in Russell could not find a resolution. I reached out to the customer within the hour of the error and explained to him that it was human error and that I could not honor that online price. I offered the saw to him at our sale price of $****** and explained I could not the honor the mistaken price of $******. He was not satisfied with this resolution and insisted that I "give him his saw". The customer was not willing to find a resolution. I apologized for the error. I explained I would have his card credited immediately and thanked him for understanding.
