We were having issues with our gutters overflowing in one area and had to get our gutters cleaned at least twice a year because of the mature trees in our area. Dave (the owner) came to our home within a few days and thoroughly assessed the problem and came up with a few options to consider to deal with the problem. We had two other quotes and Dave was the only estimator that actually got up on the roof so he could verify the problem and the solution options. Within a few weeks the installers called, came with all the required material and completed the job the same day. They were clearly experienced, very friendly and did a fantastic job. After the job was completed Dave contacted us to inspect the job and to collect the amount he had quoted us. The main issue was the downspouts were to small for our roof square footage, All 4 downspouts were replaced with larger ones and the gutters were all adjusted for proper drainage and we got the gutter guards done as well, as per his recommendation. The workmanship was ok, but it took way too long to complete the job and my biggest complaint is that they did not clean up after themselves. They left nails all over the drive way and my eaves troughs are full of nails and shingles.Citadel Roofing Inc.

I was only replacing a garage roof so some companies did not come out to give an estimate. Citadel came out promptly and also took the time to answer my questions. The roofing crew was efficient and completed the job on time and did an effective clean-up as well.
