    Hired these guys to put in a quick and easy gravel driveway. They showed up hours late the first day, and not until I'd left on the second (hours after the scheduled arrival each time). They ignored my instructions, and built a gravel turnabout that is too small for the turning radius of my vehicle - they simply ignored the existing vehicle tracks and common sense, leaving me with a loop about three feet short that won't accommodate the turning radius of my car. When I tried to talk to them about this and other deficiencies, they aggressively claimed that they'd done exactly as I'd asked; they were absolutely unwilling to consider that there had been any error or miscommunication on their part. I'd also asked that if there was leftover gravel from the project, it be left where I could easily truck it to cover some ruts in a low-lying part of my property. Instead, they drove heavy machinery down into that area, dropping a quantity of gravel insufficient to fill in the new ruts that they created in the process. You learn a lot about people by how they handle professional accountability - or how they don't. This was a small driveway job with a skid steer- just a few hours, and they were unable or unwilling to note and follow my instructions, or to take responsibility when the resulting job was not done to my satisfaction. They did offer my husband a discount "due to circumstances" - which we refused - not everything is about price - integrity matters.
