Thank you for your feedback :D It is important to us to hear how we can improve. Yes you are right, it did take us longer to get out to your place then most projects because you are in an area that we do not typically service very often and seeing as the project was so small we were waiting for an opportunity when we were closer to where you lived to fit you in at the same time thus keeping the cost of your small repair manageable and not having to overcharge you for the time to come out to your place specifically.

5 starsI had my siding, stone and eaves with fascia / soffits replaced by this company.
The owner was very knowledgeable of his work and spent a lot of time with me, helping me decide on materials.
His crew was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and did a great job!
I am very happy with their work!
There were a few issues after but the owner was prompt to deal with them.
