Greetings,
In 2021 my wife and I had a studio sunroom installed by Backyard Paradise. Here is our story.
We’ve always wanted a sunroom. A small vacation spot in our backyard. This was finally made possible after inheriting the funds willed to us by my aunt and uncle in 2020 who they, themselves enjoyed many years in their own sunroom.
The people like Backyard Paradise made our decision so much easier. From design consultation to our unique house architecture, to addressing permits, recommendations for electricians, providing advice about ceiling fans, the size of the structure, and flooring. The people that Backyard Paradise were wonderful, informative, patient and professional.
This was a very difficult time for our family. Dealing with a global pandemic, and our ageing parents who required nearly constant attention, transitioning them to long-term care. The construction of this sunroom, was a golden thread that weaved it’s way through our crowded calendar. And the end result was better than our greatest expectations.
The structure contains a soaring ceiling that matched the style of our home, with large windows that allow light and air throughout.
It’s a wonderful addition to our home, where we can witness the colourful changes to the foliage in the fall, and we can’t wait to get out there in the spring, to open up the windows and let the spring air rush through and into our home.
This beautiful sunroom is a testament and a dedication to my aunt and uncle without whom, it would not have been possible.

Our 3 Season Sunroom is the best investment we ever made.
They were able to install it while I was off work for 3 months due to surgery. I could have a relaxing recovery even thought it was March, snuggled up in blankets.
We use it as our living room and our view of the nature around us is our T.V.
It is our sanctuary where we can unwind at the end of the day and restore peace to our lives.
When our family is over and our young grandchildren come, we fill it with toys and joy is had by all!

Our Sunco sunroom is simply our favorite room of the house. We use the room, spring, summer and fall to sit and relax and entertain family and friends. Most enjoyable are the cool autumn evenings spent in the sunroom watching our favorite programs. * ***** ******* ** ****** *********** ** *** *** ******* *** **** ******* **** ** **** **** *********. We have had our sunroom since 2003 and absolutely love it. It is our favourite room to visit with our family. We love to read the newspaper and listen to music in our sunroom. When we have the family over for dinner, the grandkids enjoy hanging out in this room. It’s perfect for entertaining. We also use it in the winter for storing any Christmas food. It is definitely is being used year round. We both argue that adding the sunroom was the best decision we made. ** **** ****** *********** **** ******* ** ****** *** ******** ********** Owen *** was a real pleasure to work with. We love our sunroom and it has held the test of time now. There were a few gremlins in the system at first, but SunCo came and made sure it was absolutely perfect. We can’t possibly say enough good things about our sunroom. It has been the best decision we’ve made for our home by far. Installed in 2015, it is built off our kitchen and still looks like new. It is the go to place to enjoy a quiet moment and for visiting with family and friends. I have a stained glass hobby so it is a great place to hang a few things. While quietly colouring in the sunroom one sunny day, my 4 year old granddaughter stopped, looked all around, and said “I think I want to live here.” We all love the sunroom! Probably most of all would be our dog. With windows all around, he can watch all the birds, bunnies and squirrels and alert us to any company! Doggy paradise! Even in the coldest months, we just enjoy looking out at the sunroom and it’s a wonderful space to dress up for Christmas! Thank you Sunco! From beginning to end, the workmanship and the professionals we dealt with were excellent. We have enjoyed our sunroom for over 20 years and still love, enjoy and share it whenever we can. We even had our daughter's wedding in the backyard recently. Breakfast, lunch and dinners are a must everyday when possible. Birthdays, anniversaries, dinner parties, so many wonderful memories were created here, and will be for many more years to come (a tribute to how well it's built, including a re-roof after a hail storm and a new shingled roof this year for improved soundproofing, snow slides and looks)! It is simply our favourite room from spring to fall. This company has the perfect name as they indeed transformed our space into a Backyard Paradise. Our Sunroom has provided us with an escape into the beauty of nature without worrying about insects, rain or wind. From our initial meeting with Roger we felt comfortable in his knowledge of their product and his vision of what design would work best for our home. Jane and staff kept us informed with every development regarding permits, timelines, etc., which gave us the peace of mind knowing we were in good hands, and had made the right choice in selecting Backyard Paradise by Sunco to build our Sunroom. The team of JP and Patrick are true Professionals and their workmanship was top notch.
