    My experience with Energy Creation has been nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, the entire process of ordering, manufacturing, delivery, and issues resolved dragged on for over 2 1/2 years. To make matters worse, every window delivered was plagued with issues – missing parts, scratched frames, faulty hardware, and to top it off, three bedroom windows were completely inoperable. The ordeal continued as all the glass inserts had to be replaced, a process that stretched over a year. When the replacements finally arrived, two of them were too thick and couldn't be installed without removing the seal, requiring a wet seal installation by a crew who cannot handle a caulking gun. Adding insult to injury, there is no customer service or department to address concerns. *** ***** ****** *** *** **************** *** *** ****** ********* ** ****** ********* showed a ******* disregard for any issues raised. ** **** ******* **** ********* ****** ******** ******* ** ** **** ******* ** ******** ****** ** *** ***** ******* ***** ****** ******** ********* *** *******. To cap it all off, the lack of customer support, product defects, and a lack of commitment to their core business make Energy Creation an utterly regrettable choice.
