5 starsIn October of 2023, after a storm my basement start to leak after it was supposedly been fixed by another company and I messaged Donnie right away to come check it out and he was there the following week to start fixing this other company mistakes. From the moment I reached out, Donnie was incredibly responsive and got right to work. Our family hired Donnie ********** at Done Rite Foundations and his hardworking crew to help fix a leaky basement in July 2023. When water damage appeared in the southwest section of our finished basement earlier in the spring, we knew we had a problem on our hands that couldn’t be fixed, as we had tried landscaping the area to create a slope away from the house the year prior, but that didn’t work. Donnie entered the situation with heaps of knowledge about what was likely happening: foundation issues that needed to be repaired. As our basement is finished with no way to see what was happening from inside the house, Donnie explained his crew would need to dig a trench around the house in that section and properly seal, waterproof and insulate the area. The work done was top-notch. Beautifully sealed blue membrane, thick insulation, new sock (weeping) tile and back-filled with river rock and topsoil. Donnie explained how he patched the crack along the wall, and even cut away some old concrete sidewalk pieces that were a little too close to the foundation for our comfort. We especially enjoyed getting to know his crew: such a great group of people who were always laughing and smiling, and very knowledgeable themselves. Thanks Donnie and team!Done Rite Foundations

Don W********* and the crew at DONE RITE Foundations were absolutely fantastic. Great work and the best price and service by far! I went through the headache of having water in my basement and proceeded to get quotes from several companies. Not only was DONE RITE the best quote with a 15 year transferable warranty but they were also the only ones that were able to complete the work this year! Yes all other companies were quoting next year but I needed it fixed asap before winter came. Don W********* came and walked me through the entire process and was there daily to check on progress and work being done. He also informed me every step of the way so I knew everything that was happening. * ***** ****** ********* **** **** *********** *** ****** ******* ***** ********* Best value and price for sure. I employed Done Rite to repair my house foundation on the west side, they did a great job and when I realised that the south side needed doing also, they did it immediately without my having to join the back of the queue. We've had a couple of bad storms since then and my house is dry. The price was reasonable also. I trusted this company and they did not let me down.Done Rite Foundations

We called Don to come and take a look at the foundation at the side of our house where we were getting water. He and his crew were able to dig out around our air conditioner ( very tight spot) and down 7 feet or so and make the repair. We have not had any more leakage since. The 2 workers that did the majority of the dirty and tough work were very professional and did a great job.
