5/6/2024- arrived to dig area 12”. Sends me a picture saying jobs complete with 3” removed. Asked if that was 12” looks like 3-4”.”Oh ya”. Removed all the dirt and loaded the trailer completely full. Overloading the trailer. Nearly popping the tires and having the leaf springs and shaft pushing on the frame of the trailer. Left like that and sent me invoice (Charged me $***) 5/7/2024 had my Buisness partner come to move the trailer he said no way ** **** the trailer is moving it’s over loaded, called back to have them remove half the load. They came, unloaded the back half of the trailer to the driveway. Causing all the weight on the tongue. Didn’t decide to spread weight across trailer. (Which they charged me for$***) 5/9/2024 returned from work out of town and was unable to get the stand off the ground to drive the trailer. Had to shovel half the trailer from front to spread the load. 5/10/2024 the other half of the trailer that was unloaded on the driveway and I had to hand shovel the pile from driveway to trailer. Out of the full trailer, the only thing I haven’t hand moved is the first 1/4 of Job. Texted the admin staff, never apologize just come up with excuses. Started to rain so we didn’t make your trailer load safe. Why’d you over fill my trailer ********* *** **** *******  **** ******* ** * ***** ******* **** *** ***** *** **** *** ***** *** ******* ***** * **** ******* ** * *********

The client asked us to come and clear an area beside his driveway, down 12" I believe. We were told to put the mud in the dump trailer provided by the client. While filling the dump trailer we told the client that it was going to be too full. He advised us to load it up against our advice. We loaded it as requested. We were called back to unload part of the mud as it was, as we told by the client that it was too heavy. We came back in the rain, and unloaded 3/4 of it by hand. This is a dump trailer.. We left very little in the trailer ** *** *** *** ** *** *****. it was now pouring out. We were finished the job, the dump trailer is meant to dump. The little bit we left in the trailer should have been able to be dispersed in the trailer by engaging the lift and the mud would then slide and spread in the dump trailer. We have our own dump trailer and always do this in ours. .

The client borrowed a very old dump trailer is the problem and it needed a new battery to be able to lift the trailer. The client was trying to cut corners on this from the get go cost wise. We charged him for the initial visit, our minimum charge and nothing else. The bill should have been $*** but we cut him a deal. We had to charge to come back as we were not at fault as we were instructed against our better judgement to "fill it up" and again, we did not charge him what the job was worth as it should have been $*** to empty the trailer.

    **** ** * **** ** ******* *** *** ****** ** ** ****** ** *** ***** *** ** *** *** *** **** *** ***. ** ************* ** *** ** *** ***** *****. In his effort to save money it ended up costing him way more. That dump trailer was not capable of doing what he was trying to do with it.

    Complaint: ********
I am rejecting this response because:

As per the texts Kelly called me after the photo of the over loaded trailer to tell me it was over loaded. I never told you to over load it. I was ok paying you whatever it took to do the job.

You over filled it, I paid you to come unload it which is your mistake. then I offered to pay you to come load up the remainder, but you didn’t answer so I hand shovelled it as I had a time line to get the mud relocated.

I own that trailer and it was being rented on the Wednesday, hence why I had to get it completed. I had to turn away that rental income cause you ******* ***

the Trailer has been well maintained and even with a new fully charged battery I couldn’t move your front load. I couldn’t get the hitch stand off ground enough to move the trailer let alone dump it .

    **** ********** ** **** ***, I run many companies and if a customer asked me to do something that was wrong I wouldn’t just do it. **** ******** * **** ***** * *** **** ****** ********** ** **** *****

I paid you to do a job and *** **** ** ******* ***, if you under quoted it that’s not on me.
