    We had Bjornson Roofing replace the shingles on our house. From start to finish Derek and his crews were respectful and easy to work with. Derek has strong communication skills and provided excellent customer service. He was on time when meeting us to inspect the roof and take measurements. We also wanted to remove the chimney all the way down and replace some of the fascia/eaves/downs. He was forthright about what needed to be fixed and what was considered cosmetic. As requested, his estimate included a detailed breakdown of the costs for the roofing repairs and for each of the additional repairs/changes we discussed. He was clear about what was and wasn't included. The guys on the roofing crew did an amazing job, it took them less than 2 days to do the entire roof (bungalow with attached garage). You could see the team work and comradery. We really appreciated Derek was willing to take the entire chimney out and we are so pleased with the results. The guys even carried the wood stove out of the basement for us! The sofit/fascia/eavestrough crew were also friendly and efficient. Both crews cleaned up the site before leaving. ** ***** ****** ********* ******** ********
