    Purchased fridge from ***** *********, delivered 3 months later. ********* fridge warranty service is outsourced to Valley Central (****** ****). Advised ***** of damage and missing parts when delivered. Valley Central was onsite 1 month later to assess.
    Service rep Alex confirmed damaged door would be replaced, as well as missing rollers for 2x drawers and missing door shelves would be ordered under warranty. Alex said it would take 1 month to get parts, maximum 3 months. After 6 months of waiting, and numerous phone calls to Valley Central and ***** *********, we are still waiting. Finally got a call from Valley Central this morning, saying they will be onsite with the drawers and missing door shelves, however it will be another week. They've had these parts sitting in their parts dept since end of December. ??? Their office is 3 minutes away from my house in Island Lakes subdivision of St.Boniface. Nothing but excuses for months 4-6 from ***** and Valley. Now having to wait more. We will be expecting ***** to come pickup the fridge because my wife no longer wants it in the house, due to the worst service we've even had in 44 years of buying major appliances, and the worst experience with missing functional parts (2x drawer rollers and 3 door shelves missing). Door has wear damage and back rear of fridge looks like it was dropped.
    We have given up on anything further from VC (ValleyCentral)...I've advised service person at VC to not bother coming next week because we will have the fridge removed by then. If there was less than 1 star, I would be providing no stars.
