We ordered appliances from ****** and delivery was on Feb 5, 2025. These appliances were for our brand-new home; we received the keys the same morning. It was a very cold day and the delivery crew started unloading the appliances and told me to stay inside the house to guide them where I wanted each appliance to go. While they were bringing in the refrigerator they dented it by hitting the door and told me to keep it and call ****** for replacement. Also, they told me that the washer is dented as well so they will not deliver it. They left and as I was leaving the house I saw the soffit of the house was dented on the garage where they parked their truck for unloading. They had their tailgate open and hit the soffit with the appliance while they were pushing them out. The dent is a very straight line. I called ****** right away as they left and made the complaint. ****** involved ********* ******* as they do their last-mile deliveries. I received a call telling me that someone will come down for an inspection. No one came for a week and finally new fridge arrived and different delivery crew showed up took pictures of the damage and told me that he is going to send this to his boss. I was under the impression that they were arranging someone for the repairs. A few weeks down and I received an email from ********* ******* that my claim is denied due to insufficient proofs. The lady who was handling my case told me that she need some video proof of this being happening. I explained to her that it's a brand new home and we received the very first delivery and this happened and I have no security cameras installed. They are taking my words now as leverage that I do not have video proof and getting away with doing this damage. Also, the delivery guy who brought the replacement refrigerator told me that Rolly Transfer uses third-party delivery companies for some deliveries because the initial truck which came to deliver did not have Rolly's Transfer decals on it.

****** *** ******** ****** ** ********* ******* Rolly’s Transfer Moving and Storage Company* **** did not hold themselves accountable for any items that were broken and/or damaged resulting in no replacement cost or damage cost.

They continued to ignore my calls after making many attempts they would not answer or return a call.
They had said they would come down to look at the damaged but never ever made an appearance.

They over charged for their services. They were very unprofessional
