    Where do we start. What was supposed to be a "1 day job" ended up being a 4 week+ run- around during the middle of summer to have a simple liner replacement for an above ground pool. In a nutshell, we called April of 2022 to have a replacement liner done and were told it was in stock and would be installed before July 18. No one ever came out to inspect our pool or its foundation until they showed up after several calls confirming the install date. They showed up and we had to provide gas for their water pump, ladder, brooms and then only to find out they had the wrong liner. Were told it would be 5-7 days to bring in the correct one only to be ghosted and lied to continuously for the next 3-4 weeks before finding out ******** *** *** ***** *** our liner was never ordered. After more than 15 phone calls which ended up in either voicemail or no returns, we used a different phone to call and was answered immediately only to be told that yeah, we had been treated badly. In the end, Pool Pros never did install it as they had to have a sub-contractor (which was only one guy that came out to do a two+ person job) come out and do the work, which we ended up having to help do the work with him over two nights which included smoothing out the liner and the use of our own tools and wasting our time. Originally we were told the price included 25,000' L of water which they reneged on as they ************ eliminated that option mid-season and after quoting as well. It had been discussed with Nick verbally but because it wasn't in written form they reneged on it. This is by far the worst service we have ever experienced! Pre-planned pool events and holidays were cancelled ******* ** ***** ***********  In the end, paid the full amount minus the water and our own labor *** **** **** ** *** ***** ** **** ** * ********** **** **** ***** **** **** ******* ****** *** ***** ** *** ***** ****** ** *** **** ***** *** ****** *** ****** **** *** ** ** *****. Very unprofessional.
