    The Great Canadian Oil Change, 2470 Main Street, is NOT so great!
    Since September I have been dealing with issues resulting from a botched oil change. I lost use of my vehicle for over two weeks while they attempted to have it repaired. In terms of “compensation”, they agreed to refund the price of the oil change plus clean the oil stains off my driveway. They issued, and then canceled, e-transfers for $****** twice. Their 3rd and final attempted payment was by cheque. On November 17, it did not clear my bank. I was charged a $** bank service fee a result of their returned cheque. Despite a number of phone calls, and numerous emails, I’ve not received payment for the bounced cheque or the service fees and my driveway is still stained. This is now going into the fourth month with no resolution in sight. UNBELIEVABLE!
