5 starsArnie paid me a visit today. After a thorough visit and being informed of my current situation, Arnie advised me that a sump pump would be the best course of action. This approach is way less destructive to my basement and ofc less expensive. I appreciate the honesty of Arnie along with not trying to hard sell me on a very difficult weeping tile repair. Arnie, from Brown and Sons came to our home in East St. Paul and gave us an estimate on stopping a leaking basement. We had lived with it for forty years! Arnie was pleasant to deal with. Gave us a price and start date. All went according to plan! They stuck to the estimated price and gave us a 10 Yr. Warrenty.
They discovered one weeping tile wasn't working. They gave us a price to repair it. As this was something they could work on in the winter we agreed to wait until then. Again Matt, the "Son" was the lead hand. Joan "Mom" In charge of the office mention there would be unavoidable dust as a result of the concrete saw. I understood that. The two day job was done on time. They arrived when they said they would. They seemed to have all the required tools etc ready and available. Once the job was completed Matt had us inspect the cleanup, explained the job they had done. Perfect!!
Again the agreed price was "stuck to" without any surprises!
Arnie, Joan and Matt were all a pleasure to deal with. This is a family business and they demonstrated they care about their family reputation!
