    The work requested to be done was NOT properly estimated to cover ALL required materials.
    Subsequent problems necessitated additional visits to rectify by installing missed components resulting in additional charges.
    The nature of the work was the requested replacement of the main drain stack/air vent from/to kitchen drain, bathroom (sink, bathtub & toilet).
    After the work was performed there was a bad smell in the bathroom.
    Very difficult to discern the source.
    Met with plumbing contactor to review suggesting it was sewer gas.
    Toilet was subsequently inspected to reveal need of NEW WAX RING to seal drain.
    This was NOT done upon lifting toilet in the initial job.
    I have been told that the ring needs to be replaced at ALL TIMES when toilet is lifted off.
    Subsequent visits were required as contactor stated ring was unique and then visit again to install.
    EXTRA CHARGES were incurred unfairly to hide the issue of work NOT completed in the first place. * **** ** **** *** ****** ******** *** ** ********* ** ** *********
