The company claims to be credit experts and promises the lowest possible interest rate and cash back and 3 months no payments ect. I understand I got my vehicle when prime interest rates were much lower and was prepared to pay a little more. They claim to have 1000’s of vehicles in inventory but could only show me 3 that were older than the one I currently have for way more money. **** ***** ***** I wasn't happy with what was provided to me from them so I declined the deal. That was the end of it until I seen they ran 7 hard inquiries on my credit in one afternoon. I did not consent to this, ****** **** ***** ******** ***** ********* ******** ****** **** *** ** **** **** ** *********** ******** * ***** ******* *** ***** ****** ******* ** ****** *****. Now they have just damaged it worse. Furthermore they were ********* about where they applied to for credit, they told me my own credit union denied me credit ( ******** ****** *****) they in fact did not have any contact with them. All of the vehicles they had offered to me were older than mine and much more money. ****** for a 2020 Hyundai is outrageous. * ****** ***** ***** *** ***** *********** I am upset about 7 hard inquiries on my credit for an approval **** ***** **** ******* **** ************ *** ** ** ****** ** ********** **** ** ***** ** ******* ********** At the very least I want 6 out of the 7 hard inquiries removed from my report, *** ** * **** ** **** ******* *** ***** ***** ****** * **** ** ** *********** *** ** **** **** ** **** **** ** ** ***** *** *** ************ *** ***** **** *** ** ***** ******** ***** ** ***** ****** *** ****** ** ****** ***** ******* ** ******* **** *** ******

    Customer applied through our lead provider and we contacted him both by text and by phone. On his application He authorized a desire to obtain financing and we went a step further by texting him as well as contacting by phone. He ask that we get him the best rate possible and that is what we did. He sent us all his information and we did our best for him. His credit was not what it once was nor are the bank rates what they were 3years ago. He asked us to try and get a better rate and we tried. He than said he wasn't interested anymore so we quit all communications until he became angry *** *********** ** ****** ** *** ********* at which time we ceased responding and than we received this from you.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The only reason I applied online was they guaranteed the lowest rate possible.  I did not ask them at any point to run my credit more than one time. I am frustrated with the 7 hard inquiries.  ** ********** ****** ***  financial professional would have known what I would be qualified for after 1 inquire the other 6 were unnecessary and will have negative consequences to my credit for the foreseeable future. ** *** *** ****** ** ***** ********* I have every right to express my displeasure with the awful service I have received from John and his team. ***** *************** ** ****** ******* *** *** ***** ** ****** *** ***** * ********* ** ****

    Contact Jasmine ****** **************she has the consent from customer we buy leads from them. We also got consent from Customer we facilitated the request for a dealer we never personally pulled any credit. Customer gave us all their information. Their trade registration info their drivers etc. Customer is angry *** ********* verbally abusive that is why we are no longer accepting texts and phone calls.
