    Poor Property Management Co.
    **** ********** The landlord will not fix problems on the property. You will have to go to the *********** ********* ****** ***** for approval for any problems on the property to be fixed. *** **** ****** *** ******* ******* *** **** *** *** ******** ** **** *** ******** ******* ***** *** ** *** ******** ** ** **** ******** ** *** ******** ****** ** *** **** **** **** ******** ********** ***
    They keep changing their business names. Previously known as *******
    The Landlord of Clear Property Management is Patrick ***** & Dalice **********.
    Advice. Do not put any money into improving the property to live in. You will not get it back from the landlord.
    The management company will keep all your deposits.

    This is a disgruntled tenant who unfortunatly has been forced to leave because she was habitually late with paying rent. (34 times in 4.5 years)
    **** ****** **** *** * ******* ******* ****** ** ****.
    Not only was she frequently late with her payments, she also hid the fact that for 4 years she housed a pet dog without telling the landlord.
    Kirsten ********* also had an unauthorized tenant/boyfriend * **** ********* living and receiving mail at the rental property, without landlord notification and not on the lease. She also continued to make many unauthorized changes to the property like changing the locks without notification, etc.
    *** *** **** * ***** ************ **** *** ***** **** ** *** **** ******* *** **** ** * ******* *** *** ****** ********.
    To make matters even worse, she has now involved some other uninvolved company with the false accusation of our company changing names.
    However we will reach out to them and inform them of her slanderous accusations in hope that they will concider litigation.
    The truth is, the name of our company has never changed from its inception.
    We have never hidden anything from anyone.
    In fact, if Kirsten ever wanted to know who "owned" the residence that she rented, she needed only to contact the land titles office to find out as it is a matter of public record.
