  JML have done a couple of jobs on our home & we are so satisfied with their work. First up was our chimney. They replaced all rotted boards, installed new siding & did a fantastic job! Looks amazing!! We love it!
  They also replaced our garage roof, due to aging plus raccoons moving in, & all the old soffits, facia, eaves troughs, etc. Wow, what an excellent job they did! The workers were awesome, very patient with my questions, very cordial & polite! And very personable!

  JML replaced our Soffits, Facia & Eves in 2006. Jeff ****** and his Site Crew were always very professional, respectful of our property, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Our experience with JML was so positive that in 2022 when we needed new shingles and wanted to change to vinyl siding, we immediately called Jeff. Once again, Jeff and his Site Crew exceeded our expectations. Jeff recommended a color for the vinyl siding and his choice turned out perfect! Friends & family have noticed and commented on how beautiful our house is! JML's prices are reasonable and their quality of workmanship is top notch! We ****** ********* *** *** give them a 5 out of 5 stars! Thanks Jeff!

  Roofing project lacking in attention to detail. ***** *** ********** ** ****** ** ******  Better communication required while performing the job.  We have taken care of the problem by hiring our
  own professional wild life control company and damage repair.

  We re-roofed this home in June 2023. Prior to invoicing, the crew supervisor inspects the job and the customer is called to be sure there aren’t any outstanding issues. The customer contacted us Sept 12 as they had a squirrel in their attic. Our supervisor was at their home the following morning. The squirrel was entering through the soffits, which had nothing to do with our roofing job. At the customer’s request, and after being assured the squirrel was not currently in the attic, we installed metal flashing in the area the homeowner saw the squirrel enter, at no charge. Later that afternoon, the homeowner left a voicemail saying the squirrel was still in the attic, and she wanted us to come back and remove the flashing and reinstall it once they were sure the squirrel was out. We returned the phone call the following morning, and stated there would be a charge for us to come out as this was not an issue with the roofing work we had completed. We did not hear back from the customer until two weeks later.
  Saturday Sept 23 - this review was sent to the BBB, however we did not receive notification of the review until late Monday morning, after our onsite visit.
  Sunday Sept 24 - the homeowner sent an email to our general inbox indicating there were roofing deficiencies and they would like to have someone come out.
  Monday Sept 25 - Chad, our crew supervisor contacted the homeowner with a phone call at 8:20am, followed up with an onsite visit with himself and owner, Jeff. The re-roof of their home was completed professionally and does not have any issues or concerns. The issues the customer is concerned with are due to the existing soffits where the squirrel is gaining entry. It has nothing to do with the work they contracted us to complete.
  Each time the customer has contacted us, we have responded within 24 hours, and been to their home on several occasions.

  JML demolished my very old single garage and built a new double garage. I am extremely pleased. Everything was well done in a timely manner.

  Just had soffits and eaves installed by JML Roofing and Renovations. Work was completed quickly and professionally. We were very impressed with both soffit and eaves installation teams - they worked hard, efficiently and did a very professional installation. They explained what they were doing and took special care not to trample flowers and plants around the house.
  JML overall were a pleasure to deal with, quick to respond and we were impressed by their friendly attitude, technical expertise and professionalism.

  JML staff and crew were amazing to work with. I had a garage demolished and then a new double garage built. The crew were always on time, work was done very professionally and the quality of the work was exceptional. I have already referred them to others.
