    Lansard Bros. has replaced our roof, eavestroughs, and installed aluminum cladding around our garage door. Fantastic Customer Service, prompt, professional, courteous and they do great work. I would definitely use them again *** ********* **** ** ******

    Lansard had already installed a roof for us some years ago so I felt safe when asking them for a quote for a gutter, soffit and fascia installation.
    A large crew turned up when they said they would. They were pleasant and hard-working, and worked steadily for two days, fully completing the job. Rodi the foreman was really helpful.
    Once the job was complete I changed my mind about one aspect, and it was re-done almost immediately.
    I was impressed with both crews and their work ethic. They knuckled down and got on with the job, and they left the area clear of all debris once they were done.
    To say I'm thrilled with their overall performance is an understatement.

    From the beginning of process working with a quote, Ken would note out all the details of the extra work in the quote. This already seemed quite unprofessional, after back and forth he finally got the details in.
    To get the installation, I had to email them multiple times and only after that did they give me a time frame that ended up being delayed(understandable)
    When they installed the roof, they did half the work in a day and then didn’t comeback for over a week and not until I emailed again. Leaving tools, debris and materials all over.
    After coming back to finish the work, they didn’t install one of the extras, again I had to email back and forth to get them back.
    Tools were left again and debris wasn’t cleared of the yard, we had nails everywhere.
    Upon completion we noticed that the a soffit at the back of the home had been mangled. We had called and emailed about this and nothing was done about it. After calling and emailing again. Lynnette was trying to say that the soffit was like that before and that if we wanted it fixed that it would cost us.
    Two options provided were to have them try bend the mangled soffit back. Or pay to have it replaced, even though they destroyed it.

    Hey Mike, while there were some issues with the job, yes, this is not an accurate picture of everything that took place. We do apologize for any inconveniences you experienced.
