    On February 23, 2023, I made a $*** refundable deposit to this dealership for them to bring in a vehicle for me to look at. Once I saw it and did not want to purchase it, they said I would not get my deposit back because of the cost for them to bring it in.
    They were made aware that I was shopping for other vehicles at other dealerships and by no means did I say I was purchasing this particular one (a 2015 Jeep Wrangler). I was told it was REFUNDABLE and that was the only reason I agreed. No documents or agreements were signed regarding the deposit. I do have texts from the sales person saying that the deposit is refundable.
    I have tried to resolve it between the sales person and general manager but they are still withholding my *****

    Typically, when we are bringing in a vehicle from another of our dealerships, we ask for a deposit to a)secure the vehicle, and b) help us cover any costs that we may accrue if the customer does not take the vehicle.

    I can see from my sales person's text message that our policy was not well outlined, and can understand the customer's concern in this case. The purpose of the deposit was unclear and misconstrued by my sales representative.

    Deposit will be returned immediately. Please resolve this case.
