Modern renovations did a complete residing job on my 2 story house including stucco removal Tyvek wrap styrofoam insulation and vinyl siding. Excellent attention to detail and very good to work with as several unforeseen issues needed attention and Josh handled them easily and fairly.Modern Renovations

This is the second job that we hired Modern Renovations. They did such a great job on our Winnipeg House that we also hired them to work on our cabin in ***** **** to do the soffit, fascia, downspouts and eavestroughs.
Josh and the crew where very efficient, professional an friendly and worked well together. They take pride in their work.
