      ***** ********* **** *** *** *** **** **** **** ****** Bought a used vehicle from them a few months back. Have had nothing but issues since I parked it in my driveway. Haven't even put 5k on it yet. Where shall we begin? Started with rear door not opening the very next day. Then the lights they had said to of fixed on safety didn't work within the week. They were supposed to replace a strut that they checked off on safety as replaced and never did. (They said they would fix once the part came in but it conveniently is always on backorder, ***** ***** ****). Transmission is going to need to be replaced already. I had questioned something about the shifting when I took it for a test drive and was told no no all good, its just how it runs. A/C never worked as said it did. And here comes the whoppers of all problems...First my tire studs started snapping off while on the highway actually. I took it straight to a trusted shop and was told they were amazed my tire was still on. The tires weren't torqued to spec and over tightened so badly they literally were snapping off more as they were checking them. The owner of BTX says they always tighten to specs however it has been verified by a source that this is  not true. Lastly all my bells and whistles started going off the other day when I started my vehicle so I decided to turn it off, took my key out and **** ****, car still running. Electric problems galore!!! Called BTX to see what could be done as this was just too much already. Was basically told not their problem. * *** ***** ** * ****** ******* *** ** *** ***** ** ***** selling vehicles in this condition. Safety work not completed and not done to par. Parts put back on so bad it literally endangered lives. ********* **** ***** *** * **** ******* **** ***** **** ******** *** ********* ****** *** ***** **** ***** ***** ************ *******
