    Very happy with the service from Lazer Grant. They were fair, honest and cared about me personally. They gave me advice after the passing of my husband on what to do besides claiming bankruptcy. Because we were spending so much on his healthcare we owned nothing, had no life insurance or savings. After I followed his advice I am now debt free and can live a life. They put my needs before company profits. I am so grateful *** ***** ****** ********* *****

    ***** ***** ********* ****** ** ** ******** **** *** ***** ******* first they promise you financial freedom etc. THEN you submit your application and deposit, which is reviewed *** *** ****** for them to turn you away. ******* ** ******* **** *** *** **** ********** **** ************* *** *** ** ** ***** ************** ***** Instead of working with me, they told me they wanted an extra $*** to "secure" their services. So if you cannot afford their fees, they see you as automatically not going with their services and keep your deposit.     At first, you meet with Collin ********************************* telling you that they are there to help you get your finances back on track. *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *
    You feel like you have found a solution and you will be on your way to better financial health.
    THEN, once you sign up that is where the support ends. Lor meets with you *************************************************************** ***************** I left the office in tears because of how I was treated. Many times I would send an email looking for support or advise and many times I would never get a reply back. When I emailed again I was told "I didn't reply because I didn't see an actual question" So from then on every time I emailed I had to say "this is a question and I would like a reply back". *************************************************************** No guidance on how to proceed after, they do not find opportunities for you or focus on challenges, they don't tell you that you have to contact the creditors to provide them with your certificate of completion. There is no support at all. Going through any kind of financial hardship is very stressful and unknown to the average person *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *********************************
