    Dishwasher was stuck on a permanent drain cycle and wouldn't start. Tech came in, spent a few minutes fiddling around with it, and decided that the reason it was doing that was because there was gunk in the soap dispenser. Cleaned it, said he ran a test cycle and that all was good. I was charged over $*** for this. Immediately after he left, I went to start a cycle, and surprise surprise, it didn't work.
    Called the owner to get my money back since he wanted to charge me another fee to send the tech back. Wouldn't refund be cause I didn't pay for the "service insurance", yet the tech never offered this.

    Dishwasher flooded. Technician came as agreed with a call out surcharge. Fixed the main issue on the dishwasher however there was a door latch/lock issue as it was stuck. Technician quoted me $*** for the repair with $****** to be paid upfront. I agreed to the up front payment with the door latch to be fixed and remarked that he has the part. Technician never looked at the door-latch to diagnose it and just ordered a part and passed me onto another person on the phone to finalize the payment. That person however told me that the parts will take another week to arrive and therefore they solved nothing. I went online, looked up the door latch repair and fixed it myself. Now the business wants another $*** to finalize the repair that I just did myself quoting total price of $***.

    ***** ****** Had repairman here for less than an hour. Pulled the dishwasher out and said it was a hair ball clogging it. I asked what kind of hair Human or dog. Could not show me a hair ball or produce one. $*** fee to move out dishwasher and remove supposed hair ball. I could of bought an new dishwasher for this price. $*** and tried telling me it’s a flat service fee of $*** plus a &** service fee regardless of whether it takes 1-6 hours to repair. Outrageous prices *** *** ************ ** *** *** **** *******

    Serviceman came out, about 10 am on a weekday, took less than an hour, and they tried to charge me $** service fee (that's about average), plus an absurd $***/hr fee, 1 hr min. I phoned their office and complained, they reduced the hour labor charge from $*** to $***. So I paid it. Still seems like a ridiculously high hourly labor charge. **** ***** ** ***** ***

    **** ******** ** * **** ******** ******* I had a refrigerator that was not cooling. They advertise same day service. Did not happen, two days later a service technician comes and states he needs to order parts. The good thing he told was the compressor and motor are good. The parts come he installs , asks for payment and leaves. Not ten minutes later the fridge stops. I phone the shop and they tell me he will be back right away. He comes and works on the fridge and announces the fridge is not able to be fixed, now he says the compressor is shot which he previously said was good. I am for a refund, he says he can’t do but they will in morning. Morning comes and they are not willing to refund. I was willing to pay for the service call but not the new parts ( which they can be reimbursed for under warranty) and not for the service time he spent destroying my fridge. This fridge is two years old.

    My washing machine stopped during its cycle. On Sunday I left a message and didn't get a reply with a date and time for a service call. The next day, while I was at work, someone stopped by and told my wife that he was there to fix something. The person had no company markings or even an invoice. My wife did ask him to come tomorrow (Tuesday) morning.
    I took Tuesday off work . The same person stopped by at 10am. I asked him where he was from. He said city master and he had a work order. Again, he had no markings, no invoice and no markings on his vehicle. I asked him to leave.
    I called city master and explained the situation. I was told that everything is electronic and there is no invoice. The person said that they send an email stating the timing of the appointment. No emails where sent. Then he said I didn't supply an email address so nothing came. Then said that "it was a problem with communication on both ends". How can that be without any appointment scheduled appointment. *** ** **** ** *******

    Worst service ever... the guy who came to fix the dryer, didn't know what he was doing, kept texting others - he said more experienced people, problem never solved, waste of time and money.
    Tried to speak to Management on phone, was told managers don't talk to customers on phone that I would have to email, once emailed they wouldn't provide a name, and just said they could send out another technician but would have to charge again.
    A different company came in figured out the problem and replaced the part within 5 minutes.
