    * **** *** ** ********* ** *** ***** * **** ** *** ******* *** ******* ****** ** ***** **** ******** The tech who came out said he was confident he knew what was wrong with our dishwasher based on the error code and could repair it for $*** plus tax. He worked on it and left assuring us that it was now repaired and would work (we paid the bill $******). We started a load of dishes and got the same error code. A call to the office and was told it sometimes takes a while for the code to go away and to call back tomorrow if it remained. The next day we started a load and now it leaks all over the floor. Another call to the office and they were willing to send the tech out again to see what parts they might need to order. This was not the quote we had agreed to and asked for a refund which of course was refused. We ended up buying a new dishwasher from another company on top of what we had already paid for this (non)repair.

    Advertising was misleading to begin with - $** service call was $***, same day service was next day, $** discount only applied to the work done not the service call, although this wasn’t stated in ad. Chose them because their ad showed they were dedicated to our brand of appliance, but yet the tech had to refer to my oven manual and electrical sheets rather than coming prepared. ****** * ** **** ****** **** *** ******** *** ***** ******* **** *** ********* ** ****. ****** **** *** ******* ** *** *** *** **********.
    Tech 'diagnosed' our wall oven problem without even accessing the back of the oven. We told him we suspected the thermal switch/fuse had tripped after a self clean cycle. He told us there was no such fuse on our oven. After looking at his phone for awhile he said it was the power controller. Yet the panel was operational and the oven fan was running? An $*** repair. We didn’t go for it.
    After he left, we pulled out the oven, pushed the reset button on the switch - that he said we didn’t have, and the oven heated up as usual. We ended up replacing the fuse anyway in case it tripped again. $** for the part, twenty minutes work start to finish. ** *** **** ****** ** *** *** ***** * ****** *** *** ** ****** **** ** ** ******* ******* **** ****** ******* He wasn’t very respectful of our home as well, not protecting our floors or our living room light carpet where he placed the oven door, even though we had a dropcloth there to use.
    So we lost $*** on a service call. *** *** **** ****** *** *** ********* ** ** **** ***** ****** ***** **** **** ****** ** **********

    Back in April the settings on my stove timer weren't working and the timer would go off every hour or so. I called Express repair to come take a look. In my phone call, I specifically said what the issue was and asked for a quote, which they did not provide. The only thing they said was that it was a $** service call to assess, and if I wanted it repaired they would credit the $** from the bill. When the Tec got to my place he pressed a couple of buttons and the settings didn't work for him either, so he looked up the part on line and said that the parts were obsolete and he couldn't fix the timer. I was disappointed that they couldn't fix my stove ( I was left with a beeping timer) so I asked if he could at least disconnect the wire to stop the beeping. The tec said it would cost me $*** ( this is already with the $** deducted. I was floored and said " TO disconnect a wire?? And not fix my stove??". He didn't say much other than that's a flat rate....In frustration and needing the beeping sound to go away, * **** **** *** ***** ******* * ** ***** *********. After the Tec left, I called customer service to complain and they were rude, and dismissed me saying he touched my stove so the charges applies...Obviously he touched my stove, you can't assess without touching, but he didn't fix anything, I still have a stove with no timer. I requested to speak to Management to which I was told they were gone for the day. I asked if they can call me when they are back, I never heard from them. I called again a few days later and they weren't available. I asked if they could call me back. To this day I am still waiting to hear from them...To add insult to injury today they texted me saying that they "validate" me as a customer and would like to offer me $** off my next repair, to give them a call to schedule an appointment...I don't want to deal with them again!! I don't want $** off my next repair, I want a refund no strings attached!

    I have to give a star. Preferably no star for now
    Paid deposit for almost $*** for dryer repair and microwave repair
    After 2 weeks still waiting for the parts.
    Running out of clean clothes to wear
    Days are getting hotter
    Been told the parts are from Vancouver * ***** ***** ** ** **** *** **** ********
    I guess I misunderstand the name Express Repair.

    Absolutely horrendous. They ***** $*** for looking at my washer for an hour and simply saying “it’s broken”. No actual diagnostic. He also left a bunch of water in the washer that I cannot drain. They refuse to pick up the phone and their mailbox is full ********* **** ** ********* ** ************ Now I’m out $*** with a broken, mouldy washer.
