      AVOID THIS CHOP SHOP AT ALL COSTS! They absolutely destroyed my hair. With zero remorse from the district manager. This was the quote the district manger sent me after I went into the salon, with the inspiration picture, and made it very clear I was wanting to be ashy/blonde and they put red hair die in my hair.. this is her quote “There are few, if any, guarantees in life. Expecting perfection in a chemical hair service is not reasonable”. I went in platinum blonde. With a balayage already in place. I literally went in to get my balayage up a little bit more towards my roots. I had absolutely no colour on my roots. I’ve always use my natural colour in my balayage. The only thing that was supposed to be done was my balayage brought a little bit closer toward my route, with an ash toner to get me ashy/ platinum. I was in the salon five times. The first time For my scheduled appointment where I was very clear on what I wanted, I was then giving a highlights instead of a balayage. And they watched me out early because they “needed to get going”. I was under the impression I was done processing until I was washed out and was told I was washed out prematurely so they could close the salon. I was then told to come back the next day. I then came back the next day we’re over top of the highlights the paint and Baliage was then applied. All of this done right at my route. This is when a red hair dye was then put on my balayage that was supposed to be ashy. And again I use the word ashy/platinum over 10 times. I questioned it, and was told about the colour wheel and hair and apparently that’s how it was done. Long story short she washed it out and I was red/orange/copper. I made it very clear this was not what I wanted and that it was not satisfied. They told me to come back the next day that they would strip the colour and they would fix it. This is when they mix bleach and water together and shampooed it over my hair to “strip the Color”. RAN OUT OF SPACE!!!
