      I dealt with Andrew for my "upgrade"
      He made the vehicle sound amazing, promised new tires and a fresh safety.
      Upon delivery I had a smashed windshield, used tires that had plugs in them and worn out calipers and brakes/rotors. Mechanics i know took a look and said it should have never passed safety.
      Andrew made every promise he could that he would make it right. He in fact has not. I am now stuck in a 5 year loan on a vehicle that is worth nothing (nobody will take it as it has too much issues)
      He stopped replying to texts after screaming at me on the phone. I went to the city twice and both times and never had anything on the lot like he promised.

      There is some people you just can not make happy! First we delivered the suv to her. A bird hit the window we replaced it no charge. We have a third party who does are inspection on all are pre owned cars. For good faith we sent calipers to her on the bus, said she was happy no problem. were the wrong size sent a second one to her. Promised to return the parts to me another ******. She can't be bothered asked 4 times. Comes here to trade in with a attitude i don't want her business and told her to go elsewhere nothing you can do to make her happy.
