    I was approved for a vehicle in March 2024. I didn't drive it until June 2024 as I hadn't acquired my license yet. The contract I signed said 100,000 km and MPI who safety inspected the vehicle said 126,000 km. I texted Emily who helped me get financing for the vehicle. She said she doesn't know how that could have happened. My first road trip in June I couldn't finish because the motor blew. They said they were going to change the motor and already had one ready. It doesn't look like it was touched, there was still dust on the engine showing I was told I would get a free detail, as the first one wasn't thorough, which I did not get. I asked what was done to the car, I never received anything letting me know. The company said they had another engine ready with 119,000. I made a $*** down
    payment and pay $*** bi-weekly. I received no spare or tire mobility kit. The front left tire has had a leak in it ever since I started driving the vehicle. There are zip ties under the hood holding the engine down.

    Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we take all feedback seriously. We are aware of a recent concern raised by one of our valued customers regarding their vehicle purchase, and we are actively working to address the matter.
    As soon as we received the complaint, we reached out to the customer to better understand the situation and explore possible solutions. We have invited the customer to meet in person with our Director of Finance to discuss the issues raised and work toward a resolution. We are currently coordinating with the customer to schedule a meeting at their convenience.
    We remain fully committed to resolving this matter and ensuring that the customer’s concerns are addressed to their satisfaction.
