    Received mailer with coupons in the mail, found a coupon I wanted to use and redeem, checked the official subway app to confirm that both the franchisee location and sandwiches I was ordering would be part of the coupon.
    Entered the restraunt and placed my order when arriving at cash was told that the one of the sandwiches I had ordered was not covered under promotion, however there is no stipulations on coupon listed and the sandwich did inffact fall under the "classic sandwich" criteria as per the official subway app.
    The sandwiches where already made and was forced to pay full price when in reality should have been 10$ less.
    ***** *** ********* ***** ******** **** *** ****** ** ******** I would have never gone to the restraunt had it not been for the coupons.
    Messaged their Facebook page with information regarding the issues I faced while in the restraunt. Got told that franchisees get to pick and chose which of the coupons they accept, ***** ***** ** ** **** ** * **** *** ******* Why send me the mailer if they don't accept them!? And why does the app show that they will accept them?
    I have timestamped screenshots of the app showing both accepted coupons and the sandwiches classified as "classics".
    Out of respect and not wanting to make a scene I paid full price and returned home with the goal of finding a resolution with corporate.
    The message received from them was copy/paste and nothing even remotely addressing the failure I experience in their restaraunt.
    Moving forward I no longer trust subway to keep their word *** ****** ** ********* *** ******* ** ** ***** *** **********
