      The business was committed to repair my broken phone A70 screen and upon repair i took it up and when i tried to use the phone it was freeze and i return it back with only for the technician to tell me that the screen was broken again which was not the case. I returned it as it was given to me because I was not able to even access the phone because it was frozen. I was not able to do anything on it. the touch screen was not active at all. The technician was not ready to repair it again saying I have to pay another $*** to repair.

      On October 11 2023 I Tracey ******** went ** *** ******* **** ** **** ******* ***** ***** ** *** **** ****** ***** ****** *** ******* ****** ******  To buy a Samsung S23 Ultra phone, I purchased with cash, I was told I will get lower price, save $***. Everything is behind counters, glass, and doors. There is nothing in this store that a customer walking in can touch. The worker would not let me look at the phone until I paid, the phone was sealed, when I paid that is when he opened the phone. I also purchased a screen protector and case. I purchased the Samsung S23 Ultra for $**** + taxes + ****. The phone was reported stolen to ****** ************** ***, stolen on October 18,2023 at 9:06:48. The only people who had the Imei number are myself and the store workers. The phone is not stolen, I paid cash for this at a business, The phone shop. I went back two times asking for a refund for the phone only, not for the other items I purchased. The first time I was yelled, two workers demanding the phone back. ******* ** * ***** ****** ******. ******* ** * **** **** *** **** **** ******* ** ** ***** *** **** **** *** ** *** * **** **** * **** **** *** *** **** **** *** ***** **** ** ****** *** ********* **** **** *******. I went back again asking for my money back. **** ******* ****** ******* ** * ***** ** **** ***** ***** **** *** *** ***** *** ******* Then saying they don't work in that store, but they were behind counters and no one else was in the store. These were the same workers in the store when I purchased the phone. No one else came inside the store when I was their the from beginning to end.

      Hello,
      am writing in response to the above complaint. 

      So the customer purchased the device from us and everything was fine. 
      when the customer came back claiming it is blacklisted. We asked customer to look at the device to check the black listing. If it is blacklisted we will take care of it. Prior to the providing solution we need to check the device. The customer didn’t have the device with her and refused to bring the device. She claimed for refund. At the bottom of the receipt it is clearly mentioned that “no refund. Exchange only within 14 days”.

      So refund isn’t an option. However if the device is blacklisted we will take care of it. Either we fix the blacklisting or we will replace the device if it’s not possible to fix it. Either way we need diagnose the issue before coming to the solution. 

      And I have checked with the sales representative. Our staff never mentioned one word about who is the owner and who is not. Actually the name mentioned in the complaint as the owner is not the owner at all. So this was all made up. We always serve each customer with respect and professionalism. 

      Also we do not have customers information to reach them. 

      So if you can please ask the customer to bring down the device  and we will diagnose the device  and provide the solution as mentioned above.
