  I hired NeedCleaner LTD to do house cleaning and paint. They said it would be finished on 2 days. ******* the owner of the company i assume said everything was going good and its almost done. But when i sent my nephew to check the house. They ( ******* and her Fiancé or husband *******) were lying about what was done and what hasn't. **** **** ****** ***** *********** *** *** ****. ** *** ***** **** ******* ** **** **** **** *** ****** * *** ***** *** ** **** ***** *** *** **** * *** **** ***** ** **** **** *** **** ********. They kept saying we need more time and We kept giving them. After confronting them ***** *** **** they gave many excuses and finally said they will be done by Sunday April 21. We found out that they were staying overnight in the house and brought some of their stuff to the home. Then we told them to leave the house and he said “i will not leave, call the police , I don't care” They took $3400 and did not complete the job and are living in the house overnight. We want the Money Back and there Business to be terminated. Thanks

  1. I was hired to clean his rental property yes and I did. NeedCleanerNow is only a residential cleaning company nothing else. * ****** *** ************ 
  

  2. I do not have a husband or boyfriend or anyone named ******* in my life. Whatever dealings you had with ******* was not done under NeedCleanerNow Ltd. 
  

  3. My last day Cleaning was April 4 2024. His nephew and I only haven seen eachother 3 time. Once to get the key Second when his nephew came to check out progress and third time when I did a complete walk through with his nephew explaining all the detail cleaning that I did such as the chandeliers and the takedown of all light fixtures, the washing of the vent covers and vacuuming out the vents in the whole house. The nephew was very happy.

  5. I do not have not lived there or stayed there, only the amount of hours I was cleaning. I have my own home.

  6. I was never present with ******* and did not see or hear about the police conversation. 
  

  7. My last day at the house was  April 4 2024. And thing after that had no cause with NeedCleanerNow.

  8. I was not paid 3400 for my cleaning service. * *** **********

  *** ** ********* ********* ******* ** * ************* ***** ******* *** *******.She was hired not only for cleaning but also painting and replacing carpet which tehy never did and for which I paid trusting that they would.Infact they spoiled house with paint.Spoiled the ceilings.They destroyed floors of  washrooms.They broke garage door.They took my home hostage and had to call police to get them out of my house and they have not returned the keys.****** ****** **** **** **** ********* *** ******************* ********

  I completely understand how your frustration with this situation because of your location being in Vancouver and not being able to see everything but I assure you 
  1. I never lived in your home. 
  2. NeedCleanerNow Ltd has never employed *******.
  3. I only seen your nephew a total of 3 times. When I got the keys, when he came to check in and when I did the whole thru with your home. 
  
  4. I was not there when this event of cops and I was never in the home while with *******. Anytime after April 4 2024 was when I was done the cleaning. You did not hire NeedCleanerNow Ltd I came to view your home when it was up on *********** for rent and it was a disaster, I told your nephew that I clean houses and then I talked with you. You did not find NeedCleanerNow Ltd and call to book a cleaning. I offered my own service and you said yes to the cleaning. 
  
  5. what ever dealings you had with ******* is between you too. I never had any agruement or disagreement with “*******” that would allow him to contuine to work for you. You should have set your own professional boundaries when ******* tried to use any argument that he had to allow himself to stay in your home. 
  
  6. I answered every phone call from you and text message or email from you while I was cleaning in your home. 
  
  7. I was never paid 3400 dollars for cleaning.
  Please ask your nephew if I ever was there when this police incident happened. Please ask your nephew if I was ever there after the time I was done cleaning. I have my own home to live in. If you can communicate with ******* I suggest you still do because he has nothing to do with NeedCleanerNow.
  Having said all the it is very hard for me to understand what exactly it is that you are so upset over when your first email has cleaning and painting then after you read my reply it is 5 more issues and name calling. I have not treated you like that, I will not take your name calling and I am asking you to slow down, stop the name calling, address all your issues in one conversation instead of adding to your list.
