    Hi,

    We have an official booking system through our website and also advertise on Facebook. We keep a record of all appointments and communications with customers. After checking our system, I couldn’t find any booking or communication under your name.





    Could you please let us know where and with whom you made the appointment? There are many scams and fake pages on Facebook that use our company name to take bookings or offer services. It’s possible you may have been in contact with one of them.





    If you have a phone number, Facebook ID, or screenshot of the page or person you spoke with, we’d really appreciate it if you could share it with us so we can investigate and prevent further issues.

    Sorry for your bad experience with us.
    We are cleaning dryer vents from outside even we don't touch dryer vent . Our job is cleaning the hoses of dryer vent not servicing them .
    We received a call you were asking to service dryer vent and it is not our job.
    We did a service almost 10 days ago and you were happy from our services even you texted to a lady did your job and you mentioned you were satisfied.
    Please feel free if you need the cleaning dryer vent one more time it is our responsibility to check it but definitely we are not dryer vent services guy.

    **** * ******* ******** ******* **** ******** ***** Few months ago I got carpet cleaned from them. Three different phone calls and each time different price. That’s ok. My carpet looks worse than before. Seems like didn’t use shampoo. You can see the dirt pattern all over. Called them and he told me they will come and clean it! But I have to pay again. After that won’t even get their service for free

    Very poor Service after i declined to add more to their service. The guy didn't clean my vent properly, nor did he clean my dryer vent. They were in and out of the house within half hour. * ***** *** ********* **** ********

    Very Poor Service. The cleaner tried to bring up my price from 145 to 270. When I refused, he didn't disinfect my vent, and didn't do my dryer vent. * **** *** ********* **** ******* ** *******
