    This company did not follow strict Ontario guidelines for establishing contact instead they reported for ******** **** directly to my credit report without first establishing contact no letter no nothing and when I call I’m informed we sent you a text that was flagged as spam by **** ******* ***** and told that’s contact it is not and wouldn’t hold in court as such now you have reported to the credit reporting under false pretences and have no communication till me calling you as your company had never called me but by the time I called you had already put this item on my credit without following Ontario collection agency practices set out under regulation. I have been instructed to start by filling a complaint here to get resolve and if none can be done here I am to file with the Ontario. Consumer protection but was told to do this step first.
