    My neighbor hired this company to repave her driveway. While doing this they damaged my property in 3 ways.
    1. Pushed over our wooden gate fence post
    2. Shifted/damaged our chain link fence base/post and fence
    3. Dug up to our new back yard fence posts leaving our posts exposed and with loss of structural integrity
    I contacted them September 1st. It took until November 3rd for them to fix the 1st 2 issues. The 3rd, and most important, has not been fixed.
    He now says he will not fix it and is ignoring my messages. * **** ****** *** ****** ******* *** ***** ** *******

    This complaint was not from our customer. Our customer never reached out for any complaints other than to ask us to do more work.

    The neighbor claimed we hit their old chain link fence. We fixed the entire fence and straightened it all out for them and secured it to their new fence and left it much better than ever was.

    They followed to complain that we didn’t backfill enough gravel in their Neighbors yard which is not their property. We went back and did landscaping which is not in our scope of work. 
    We go above and beyond to make everyone happy

    It was a angry neighbour who has their fence right on the property line. We had to work within inches of their fence and might have hit their old chain link fence. Hard to tell because it was in such bad shape. But we fixed the entire fence for them ***** *** ********* ** ******* ** ***** *** ** **** * ******* **** ***** *** ****** *** **** We were very busy in the summer and it take us a bit to get it done.

    Next they complained the gravel was too low against their fence. There was nothing there before we started and we don’t do landscaping. But we still went and landscaped the entire section. And once again they told my staff they are very happy with it. This should be 100% resolved. * *** ***** ******** ** ******

    There was never any debate that they damaged our property. We have emails to show that as well as security cam footage.

    We have before and after pics of everything.

    As it stands, they have fulfilled, to the bare minimum, the agree upon resolution. 

    We do not feel comfortable stating we are "satisfied" with the resolution, however, we would like to close the case.
