    I would like to request access to the photos and any
    documentation regarding instructions given after the installation of our
    driveway. Throughout the winter, we shoveled the driveway, and at no
    point were we informed that street salt would harm our driveway. Our confusion
    arises from the fact that our neighbor, who lives two doors down, experienced
    no damage despite following the same practices. We suspect that the issue lies
    in an improper sealing of our driveway.

    We have not heard any commitment from you to replace
    the driveway; rather, you mentioned repairing the damaged portions. However, paid
    for a fully installed driveway, not a piecemeal repair job. We initially
    reached out in July 2023, and as we approach the end of September 2023, we have
    yet to receive any plans or proposals for the replacement of our driveway.

    Reply to your complaint We are going to Replace that driveway. I Explained to the customer  that road salt caused the damage I have pictures if the whole driveway not shoveled full of salt if you want me to send that to you I will .*** ***** **** ** ** *******  ****** ***
