    I have a complaint with Wpg concrete ph 204-666-3749 who repaired my concrete steps last August 2021. Since Spring the bottom of concrete step has crumbled and there is a large crack on the bottom step that looks like is going to completely separate and break apart. I have called Wpg concrete a few times with no return call and left 2 message on their website and have not heard back. *************************************

You can try yourself: ***************** She also uses the free service of Hotmail, and our attempt to contact her must have ended up in her spam/junk folder which is cleared from their system periodically. We were trying to contact MS. ********** to arrange a meeting in late July/early August. Since we could not reach her in all of our attempts, we went ahead and repaired the area yesterday July 28, 2022. *********************************************************** On a second note. *************************************************** We often are asked by customers to give a couple of options> 1) To remove and replace their concrete 2) To patch the bad spots. Ms. ********* elected for the patching. It is made clear that the patching is no where near effective or the same as removing and replacing and it is somewhat temporary, the lifespan is up to varying conditions such as harsh winter climate. (which we had) The repair has been done. Thanks for your understanding. Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2022/08/10) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) When the original job to repair my concrete steps was requested at no time did the company mention the repairs would last only a few months. At no time were new concrete steps discussed to resolve cracks and crumbling in a bottom step I did not receive a phone call voice mail or email and have checked my junk and spam mailbox from the company, although the company did repair the concrete steps in my absence *** A hand written duct taped to my back door from the company.
