    I would give zero stars but that option is not available. They can't get a delivery right, and when you point out the problem, they get insulted and block your address for any future deliveries. T** **** ************ *****

    ********** ***** ******** ******** After multiple phone calls over multiple days I still have not spoken to a rep in their costumer service department that actually did their job. I've had to tell them the exact same information in every phone call. Been told it's been updated only to have to call them back because nothing was updated. I will not ever use this company again

    Quite literally the worst service I’ve ever recieved. Had to reschedule pick up 4 times because they did not come when they say they would. Frequently were 4-5 hours late. No communication. No help. And at their very last attempt she told me that they were not going to pick up my package because “someone else is using the buzzer system”. She could see my package behind the door and couldn’t wait 4 seconds for the other person to get buzzed in and for her to buzz me herself. *** **** ****** *** ******** ******** **** **** ***** ***** * ***** **** *** ****** ******* ****
