      I am emailing in regards to a complaint concerning Perths Dry Cleaners. The issue surrounds a Canada Goose Jacket that was damaged during the dry cleaning process this past January of 2025. The store asked me to contact head office when I asked them to repair the damages. The head office then refused to contact me and said the damage is due to wear and tear. The item is still with the store. * ** ********* ****** ** *** ******. The damage is the scratch of the zipper. The damage is uniform. Both zippers are scratched identically.       Ms. ***** brought her parka
      in for cleaning and was upset with the outcome of the cleaning.  The Branch Manager was advised to refund the
      cleaning cost of the Parka that Ms. ***** had paid.  

      A Manager had spoken with Ms. ***** once she raised her concerns
      and advised the wear on the zippers is caused due to usage.  When a zipper
      is used during normal wear the paint will loosen and when the item is cleaned
      the colour change is more noticeable.

      If Ms. ***** has a concern
      with how the zippers on her parka are holding up during regular wear she may
      want to contact the manufacturer of the item.
