    * ** ******* ******* * ******* Our 2 month job lasted years. The owner promised over and over to contact me, or visit the site but did not. ** **** ***** ****** ******* ****** ******** ****** ***** * ******* *************. ** *********** ******** ***** *** ****** **** *** *** ** ********* He hired people to cut into our concrete basement floor (on which he refused to mark the cutting spots earlier). He failed to come show up as he promised the workers and me, and I begged them not to start until he came, since when this happened before tasks were improperly done. After they waited many hours, Rob told them to start work with him directing over the phone. ** ****** ** ** ****** ** **** ***** ** *** ******** ** ******** *** ******* *** *******. After the work began, all the smoke alarms in the house went off. While I had moved and covered tons of tools and such already, the *********** workers took NO further precautions to limit the effect of their work. They finally left complaining that it was too dusty to breathe and they could not finish the job. My basement was a disaster area, with the mud slung everywhere from the concrete saw, and dust worked its way all the way through my 3 story home. Some fire and smoke alarms were ruined. Our 13 ductless split air conditioner/heat exchangers were affected and some were damaged. Worst of all, ALL of the cuts they made were in the wrong place. Thankfully they didn't finish that. I called Rob and he kept saying he was sure they knew what they were doing and it would be fine. It took many weeks of badgering everyone, including an email to an owner of the engineering company, before Rob showed up. After more attempts to placate, he actually looked at markers we hung to prove the cuts were not where supports of the beam should go. He said "Those are not in the right place." No apology. I'm filling a case against SLK. *****************
He took my money and doesn't show up.
The project supposed to last 2 months but we are at 6th month. He didn't end the first part of the project. He failed twice the city inspection, broke my home heating. And tried to charge me for something I already payed. ***************************************************
