      Norman***** ** * ***** 3 months ago (2nd or 3rd week of October 2022) I had him check my PS5 as it stopped working. The following day he called and informed me the estimated cost of the repair and that i had to wait over 3 weeks because he needed to order parts replacement. Told him I will think about it overnight because it was a bit pricey for me and I don’t think I can wait that long. He then agreed. Called him the next day and told him “ I will not “ get it repaired. Then he said “ He thought “ I said yes, but I still said No. then he agreed to just give it back. After a few days i was able to get the Ps5 back then I noticed that the unit he gave was beat up with lots of scratches so I checked the serial number and found out it didn’t match with the one I handed him, I advised him about the situation and he said he will try to get it back to me. I called him several times and left messages but all he gave me were excuses. Still gave him chances because  I was busy juggling with 2 jobs and due to the holidays but still I kept on calling him all throughout. Then Last week I spoke and met with him because he thought he was just replacing the plate but I clearly told him that it was the unit itself is different. So again he said he’ll try to find it until I got no updates again from him. I sent him a final notice earlier but still I never received any response…bottom line is, I just want the same Ps5 unit I handed him returned to me. I never even asked him to repair it.

      On October 14/2022 I called Level 2 video games and repairs asking if they were able to repair my son's console. Norm asked what the issue was and I explained to him that my son's Xbox was reading unrecoverable error when he would try and play his Red dead redemption 2 online game. Norm reassured me that he could fix the issue and to bring my son's console down to the Market Place location. On Saturday October 15/2022 the following day my son and I took a cab ride over to 133 Market Place where Level 2 video games and repairs are located to drop off the console with Norm. A few hours later Norm called asking if my son had his online information saved which my son wasn't sure of as Norm was wanting to reset the console. My son gave him permission to do so. From there we made arrangements for the console to be delivered the next day Sunday Oct 16/2022 and I asked Norm "so you're certain that my son's console will work" in which he responded with "oh yes it will" he also advised me that a sticker would be placed on the console and if it was removed that the 30 day warranty would no longer be valid, but there was no sticker to be found on the console when it was returned.
      Unfortunately the console is still reading unrecoverable error and I have spoke with Norm regarding the issue on the same day he had dropped it off in which he said he would have the console picked up and switch the hard drive at no extra cost. He asked me to give him a call by Tuesday Oct 18/2022 or by Wednesday Oct 19/2022 the latest so he could figure out when he's driver was available to pick up the console. Since I last spoke with Norm on Tuesday Oct 18/2022 I have called and left multiple voice messages and have yet to receive a call back from him or anyone else who works there.
      My son has been patient in hoping to have his Xbox fixed but would now he would like a refund and I stand by his decision.
