    I was really looking forward to this experience, missed it last summer and finally had a chance to buy tickets this year. They have been sending me emails and do flash discounts. I purchased tickets with a 30% off code but it didn't apply it at checkout, even though it was on there in the pre-quote before checkout. I sent them an email of the over charges, expecting some help, hey things happen right? Nope, two separate people told me they would do nothing. I supplied all screen shots, they even admitted a possible browser issue could have caused it but still refused to reimburse me for the overages and the extra fee that got slapped on too despite it saying it was inclusive of all fees and taxes.
    "All prices are inclusive of taxes and fees." Ticket total $*****. But then you will see at checkout my total was $****** + a $** booking fee.

    *** ** *** ****** ***** ** ******Purchased tickets for an event in Austin Texas on July 4th. The air conditioning in the facility was not working and it was near 100degrees outside. The staff refused a refund and now corporate hq refuses the same. The only thing we were immersed in was sweat. ***** ** *** *** ****** ******** ***** *** delivering a terrible experience. ****** *******
