    They replaced the water main on my street and it wasn't a great experience..
    The two guys who came to hook our house up for temporary water were condescending and rude.
    They knocked on our door as early as 7am.
    We have a very large and aggressive dog. All our gates have very visible "DANGEROUS DOG" signs that were issued by the city of Winnipeg, but Beaver left our gate wide open while in our yard and didn't close it when they left.
    Part of our yard was dug up in order to complete the work, which is fine...but when it came time for them to restore our yard they left a big depression in the ground, they left a section of our landscaping fabric on the neighbours yard which obviously killed their grass, and they laid sod in our yard but we have a maintenance free dry riverbed landscaping! We literally didn't have one blade of grass in our yard, now we have a big depression of grass.
    I complained about all the above to the Justin, who was overseeing the project but they did nothing to rectify the issue, nor did they even apologize. They did however come by with a water truck every couple weeks to water the 8'x8' section of sod that they laid in our yard, where there used to be Riverstone and black wood mulch, until Beaver showed up.
    Lastly, they only worked 6-8hr days, and many days the construction site saw absolutely no progress, despite the weather being good. * **** ****** ************ *** **** ** ***** *** **** **** **** **** ** *** ****** **** **** ********* ** **** *** ***** *** ***** ** ** ****** *** *** ****** * ********* *****.

    We here at Beaver are sorry you feel this way. While you can appreciate, we have numerous streets on any given project so it may appear we are not active. If there were any issues with our staff, it would have been dealt with if we were made aware. Our apologies you felt mistreated.
    This job was completed in less than half the days allowed by the City of Winnipeg, so again, we are sorry if you felt undone by us.

    Beaver is currently replacing all the City of Wpg water lines on our street.
    I contacted the owner, Justin ***, for a quote to upgrade our water lines from the city line to our homes. A group of approx 8 residences were all on board to do so.

    We here at Beaver are sorry you feel that way. Our prices are our prices, reflecting on numerous factors. What the manager told you was just in if you felt the price was too high, you could contact other contractors to do the work. We hope you found someone to replace your service at a price you feel reasonable.
