    I required an existing chain link fence to be repositioned and have utility gates installed. A date was set, I received a call to inform me that an earlier install date had become available should I want it. I accepted the offer and within the week my new fence and gates were installed. The two fellows who did the work were very pleasant and accommodating when I asked for a minor revision to my original plan. They were efficient and very professional during the install process. I am very happy with the final outcome. In addition I consider the project’s price to be very reasonable. I paid what I was quoted, no surprise added costs. * ********* *********** ******* * ******* *** *** ******* *********

    We needed a new garage door. They came out within a few days and we got our quote shortly after that. When we had questions, we received a reply very quickly.
    We were expecting to have to wait a month to have the door installed, however, the door arrived and was installed 3 weeks early! The service was very friendly and the installation of the door was quick and very professional.

    I contacted this Co. in early summer 2022 and requested an estimate. Was informed they were too busy and would put me on waiting list for spring 2023. I had to contact them in March & April 2023 to initiate contact. Admittingly. it was not a huge job but they indicate on website "no job is too small". Rep came out; then we had to wait a month to get written estimate after several requests to them to send it to us. The excuse was that "M" is old school likes to do things by paper". There were several errors so we emailed the corrections & asked for revised plan & estimate. I literally hounded "S" by phone/email for a good two weeks after waiting another week with no response. Then out of the blue received a phone call asking me for money by credit card as a down payment on build & install. Informed "R" we were still waiting for the plan/estimate or contact from "Stacie". Was told this would be rectified and would get back to me in 2/3 days.
    It is now June 2023 and have had no contact. Extremely poor to no customer service in my opinion. ** ******** * ***** *** **** ******** ************ **** ******* **** ** ** **** ******
